We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits us.

​Cancellations:

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel your trip, it’s no problem at all. Just give us a call or email us to let us know. 

Cancellation is free up until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you may be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.

No Shows:

No-shows are subject to the full cost of the reservation. A phone call or email goes a long way! If you can’t make it, let us know, and we will see what we can do!

Extra Persons:

$25.00 per person per night.

This fee applies to guests over and above the occupancy rate listed for the room. For example, if you are in a room with two queen beds, the occupancy rate for that room is four people. If there is a fifth person, there will be an additional $25.00/night fee. Please note that the Extra Person fee does not apply to travelers under the age of 18

Pet Policy​

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Seine Boat Inn! We do ask that guests travelling with their pets adhere to the following guidelines:

• Please don’t leave your dog unattended at the Inn. 

• Please bring your own dog bed/blanket for your pet to lay on.

• Please come prepared with your own dog dishes.

If we receive complaints regarding your dog’s behaviour, we may have to ask you to leave. 

If your pet happens to cause some damage, let us know. In some cases, we will have to charge for repair.

Smoking​

Please cross the street to smoke. The Seine Boat Inn is a well-loved wooden structure with a lot of history. Guests caught smoking on the property will be fined $250.00.
